You can find detailed information about home check-out hours, house capacity, equipment, technical infrastructure, deposit, booking, cancellation of reservation, towels and cleaning products in the house.

Home check-in hours

Although all of our houses may be minor changes, the entrance time is usually 16:00, and the time of departure is 10: 00. In this time period, our houses are cleaned. If the day before the day of your arrival, if the house is available, Our customer can contact with the landlord to provide flexibility for entrance hours.

The Capacity of houses

Each house has a separate capacity and this number indicates the maximum number of people who can stay in our home.There is any bed, such as a sofa bed and a pull-out sofa in the hall or the bedrooms which added to the maximum number of capacity. In this regard, our landlords are very sensitive of exceeding the capacity of house, so this is not allowed. Children older than 2 years are included in the number of persons.

The amenities of houses

There are different home appliances in each villa. To see this, please refer to the amenities section of each house on our website. Although home appliances are completely at the discretion of the hosts, we have cutlery in the kitchen in proportion to the number of guests of each villa.

Possible issues with the houses

The houses are checked by the landlord or her/him representative before the customer entry. However houses located in the summer destination, malfunctions may occur due to technical problem. In such cases, our host or representative is obliged to intervene and address the problem within 24 hours. In general, the problems arising from the power outages and infrastructure deficiencies in the region.

Towels, sheets and cleaning

Our villas are cleaned before you start your holiday and hand towels and linens are changed. In the case of entry into the house on the same day, as stated in the previous articles, our houses are cleaned between 12:00 and 16:00. Some of our villas have two cleaning services per week. If this is the case, you can access this in the description of the villa. For lodging of more than a week, a clean towel and sheets replace with the dirty ones per week.

Damage deposit

The damage deposit is a fee at the check-in after being checked in by the landlord or her/him representative. The landlord or the representative officer will check the house just before you leave the house. This fee will be refunded to you in the case of no damage. The damage deposit fee will place on its single villa page section.

Reservation

Firstly, you must specify the dates you want to rent the house and then the price will be calculated . The reservation form should be filled with the needed information. After you consent the terms and conditions , you will be charged 50% of the price to our company account after you have made by Paypal or by credit card online. After that, the confirmation email will be sent immediately. Thus, the house you have chosen is reserved on your behalf on the dates you requested. The remaining fee and damage deposit is delivered to the landlord or her/him representative upon arrival.

Cancellation by Hirer

The cancellation policy is included in the customer contract that was sent to you after the deposit has been paid to our account by credit card or Paypal. All cancellations of bookings must be made in writing and notified to and received by Uktoturkey no later than 30 days prior to the rental period.If cancellation is prior to this deadline the deposit only will be forfeited.If cancellation is less than 30 days before departure, the full rental cost is to be paid.It is a condition of booking that insurance is taken out well in advance against cancellation.

Alterations and Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that a villa becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Uktoturkey, the hirer will be offered alternative accommodation if available or a full refund of monies paid at that time. In the event that no suitable accommodation can be offered then a full refund of monies already paid for the villa rental will be refunded. Any refund is restricted to the villa hire costs and we are not liable for any cancellation or administration charges for travel arrangements, etc.
